Hoover Dam Deluxe Tickets
A luxury motorcoach tour to Hoover Dam, a relaxing buffet lunch at the Hacienda Hotel and time to stroll through the Desert Botanical Garden at Ethel M's Chocolate Factory while you savor a sample of their world famous candy. Walk along the top of the Dam, See the Colorado River on one side and Lake Mead on the other. Place one foot in Arizona and the other in Nevada at the center of the Dam. As you stand atop this great structure that spans Black Canyon, you will understand why Hoover Dam is rated one of America's Seven Modern Engineering Wonders. Completed in 1935, it remains the number one sightseeing attraction in Nevada. After a short briefing by your driver, you will be taken directly to Hoover Dam by way of historic Boulder City where you’ll get a magnificent view of Lake Mead. When you arrive at Hoover Dam, your driver will explain the exhibits and direct you to the Visitor Center for your Government Guided Powerplant Tour. This one hour interior tour offers a combination of presentations by Bureau of Reclamation guides, audio and film presentations, exhibits and other media that provide a comprehensive view of the massive dam and its operations, as well as highlight many of the unique features around the site. You will spend approximately two hours at the Dam.
