1. How do I place an order?
   There are three (3) ways to order tickets. The easiest way is to order directly from our web site at www.LasVegasTickets.com. If you feel more comfortable speaking with a representative, we are a very phone-friendly staff and you can call us directly at (800) 597-7469 or locally at (702) 597-1588. You can also e-mail our staff with your request at information@LasVegasTickets.com.


2. Will I get a good seat?
   You bet you will! Our sales staff is trained to provide you with the best seat you can afford. Depending on the size of your party, your budget for a particular show or event, and the availability of seating are all factors taken into consideration when working with our representatives. If the front row isn't the best seat in the house, we'll let you know which seat is. Often times, in these huge arenas in Las Vegas, show attractions come at you from everywhere in the room, even from the ceiling! Because of that, the best seat may be 20 rows up. We'll help you decide which seat is the best for YOU.


3. What type of tickets do you carry?
   We carry tickets from front row to the balcony, from the end zone to the 50 yard line, center court to the upper bleachers. In other words we have tickets that will fit anyone's budget and desired seat location.


4. How is my ticket pricing determined? (Or "Why are some tickets above face value?)
   LasVegasTickets.com is not associated with any venue, theatre or ticketing company. As an independent business we charge a premium above the face value for our tickets. Although that charge varies with each event, the costs associated with purchasing tickets are many. Those costs to us can be the result of availability, desirability, difficulty in obtaining tickets or the point of purchase for us. LasVegasTickets.com does its utmost to keep ticket prices as reasonable as possible for you, our customer.


5. How will I receive my tickets?
   There are three (3) ways to obtain your tickets.
   1. FedEx delivery. If your event is more than three days away, we will send your tickets via Federal Express overnight to your home or office. However we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.
   2. Local courier. Once you have arrived in Las Vegas you can contact our office at 597-1588 and we will arrange to have our delivery driver bring your tickets to you at your hotel. Our driver will ask for a signature and identification upon handing you your tickets.
   3. Office pick up. We'd love to meet you. You can come by our office at 5030 Paradise Rd, Suite B108, Las Vegas, NV 89119. We are open for pick up between the hours of 8:00am to 7:00pm.


6. What kinds of payment to you accept?
   We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, money orders or cashiers checks. Special arrangements need to be made if you must pay by personal or corporate check. We also have monthly corporate billing (please call us directly for details).


7. May I buy tickets for someone else?
   How nice of you. Of course you may, but special arrangements have to be made if the tickets are to be shipped to or picked up by someone other than the verified credit card holder. This is for your protection and ties into our credit card confidentiality policies.


8. Is it possible for me to purchase tickets for events that have yet to go on sale?
   We do it all the time. You can put a deposit down for any event in advance, thus securing your place at the head of the list to ensure you have the best selection of tickets available when they do go on sale.


9. What about sold out events? Can I still get tickets?
   You bet you can. LasVegasTickets.com specializes in hard-to-get and sold out events.


10. Will you buy my extra tickets?
    Yes, but try to contact us in plenty of time before the show date so that we may offer the tickets to our clients. And if we do buy your tickets, we will pay top dollar for them. We also offer a consignment program whereby we will take your tickets at an agreed upon price and place them on the market to sell as if they were ours. You can contact us for details.


11. Do you sell gift certificates?
    We sure do, and you can use those gift certificates toward any event anywhere in the world!
