Dave Chappelle Tickets
If comedy is a calling, David Chappelle answered at a very early age. Chappelle began his career in his native Washington, DC at the age of 14. As a kid, his mother, an ordained Unitarian minister, often accompanied him to gigs. Today, Dave no longer needs a chaperone and his gift of laughter extends well beyond the stand-up circuit.
Well known as the writer, producer and star of Emmy nominated "Chappelle's Show," he was recently seen in the feature "Undercover Brother" opposite Eddie Griffin and Denise Richards. Based on the animated web series, Chappelle played 'Conspiracy Brother,' an intense secret agent, who finds conspiracies in the most outlandish things.
Chappelle has gained valuable experience and lasting memories performing in prestigious venues with such entertainment legends as Aretha Franklin at Radio City Music Hall, Richard Pryor at Symphony Hall and with Whoopi Goldberg at the Lincoln Center. His jokes, most of them unapologetically about race, are painfully insightful. His natural affability allows him to sneak up from behind with the sharp stuff.
